Series 7 Guarantee for Smart® Programs
Meeting the guidelines set forth in this document means that Keir will pay the re-sitting fee for the exam you are currently registered. This re-sitting fee only applies for first time failures.
To qualify for the Keir Guarantee using the Smart program, you are required to meet the following guidelines:
- Complete all topic quizzes from "Practice Results", or step 2 on the SmartĀ® Programs
- Pass all chapter exams with the required passing score
- Series 6 - pass one chapter exam with a 75% or better
- Series 7 - pass one chapter exam with a 75% or better
- Series 63 - pass two chapter exams with an 82% or better and three chapter exams in Chapter 3 - Business Practices
- Series 65 - pass two chapter exams with an 82% or better
- Series 66 - pass two chapter exams with an 82% or better

Pass a minimum of one mid-term exam
- Series 6 - pass one mid-term with a 75% or better
- Series 7 - pass one mid-term with a 75% or better
- Series 63 - no mid-terms given
- Series 65 - no mid-terms given
- Series 66 - no mid-terms given - however, two mastery exams are given - pass both mastery exams with an 82% or better

Pass 4 consecutive finals out of the 6 required final exams. This is true for Series 6, 7, 63, 65 and 66.

Sit for the national exam within 14 days of receiving your LAST successful passing final exam score
In the event you do not pass, mail a copy of the receipt you were given at the testing center to:
